SKU: 4474
Lutron Tu-Wire® Fluorescent ballast is suitable to use with two 26-Watt T4 4-Pin quad-tube or triple tube lamps. It has voltage rating of 120-Volt AC and current rating of 0.53-Amp. Programmed/rapid start design of this ballast will preheat lamp cathodes before applying full arc voltage. Ballast with greater than 0.85 ballast factor, offers greater than 0.95 power factor. It operates at the frequency rating of 60-Hz and provides Class P protection. Ballast has a dimension of 6.75-Inch x 3-Inch x 1-Inch. It is 100% compatible with all Lutron 2-Wire fluorescent controls.

The ballast incorporates end-of-lamp-life protection circuitry that assures safe operation throughout entire lamp life cycle for T4 lamps. It is protected from shorts between any one lamp lead and ground. Low-line voltage protection circuitry that helps to prevent damage to the ballast or lamps if the ballast is connected to an incompatible dimmer. It has a case temperature rating of 75 deg C. Ballast is UL listed and CSA/CEC/FCC certified.
  • Continuous, flicker-free dimming from 100 - 5%
  • 2-Wire line voltage control for wiring simplicity
  • Low-profile design for use in low-profile architectural fixtures
  • Frequency of operation ensures that ballast does not interfere with infrared devices operating between 38 and 42 kHz
  • Inrush current limiting circuitry eliminate circuit breaker tripping, switch arcing and relay failure
  • Offers ultra quiet operation
  • Maximum inrush current rating of 7-Amps at 120-Volts
  • Case type C
